At In-Love, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a flexible 30-day return window for most items in their original condition.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the printed return slip is included inside the box.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
